Tour Details
Do you need a car and driver in the Black Hills area? We offer private 4 hour round trip transportation, starting and stopping at the same location within a 15 mile radius of Rapid City. 200 Total Mile limit per booking. Max of 4 people. This offering does not include admission fees, lunch or tour guide services. Includes water and snacks. Lunch is on your own. Pick-up locations are available in Rapid City and within a 15-mile radius of Rapid City. Other pickup points can be arranged for an additional cost. If you need a longer duration or extended mileage, please contact us for rates. We may also be able to accommodate if booking hours are not within our normal 8-5 depending upon our driver availability. Please call us with your request. Each person transported will be required to sign a liability waiver upon pickup. If you would like a copy to review prior to using this service, please let us know and we will provide you with one via email.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to ensure peace of mind for our guests. Please read the details below: 14+ Days Before the Tour: You can cancel your reservation with no charge and receive a full refund of amount paid less any credit card processing fees. Less than 14 Days Before the Tour: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the tour. This also applies to no-shows on the day of the tour. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes. If you need to make any adjustments to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you. Timeless Connections, LLC DBA Touring in the Black Hills reserves the right to cancel your reservation, and provide a full refund, if unforeseen circumstances occur with the availability of the tour guide(s) or the tour vehicle/equipment. If Timeless Connections, LLC DBA Touring in the Black Hills determines that the weather on the day of the tour is going to be "excessively extreme" we will do our best to reschedule your tour. If rescheduling isn't possible, either due to our schedule or yours, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. Please note that tours generally go during inclement weather; rain, high or low temperatures, and/or fog. Please dress accordingly. Each tour participant will be required to sign a liability waiver at the beginning of the tour.
