Departing from Rapid City and within a 15-mile radius of Rapid City, this 8-hour tour allows you to explore the stunning sights within the Black Hills, with flexibility to include your personal interests. Whether you’re interested in the iconic landmarks of the region or hidden gems off the beaten path, we will tailor the itinerary to meet your preferences. The tour is designed to be as unique as you are! Key Details: • Departure Location: Rapid City and within a 15-mile radius of Rapid City (additional pickup points may be arranged for an extra fee – please contact us for more information). • Duration: Approximately 8 hours. • Tour Mileage: Up to 250 miles. • Included: Water and snacks to keep you refreshed throughout the day. • Not Included: Entrance fees and admissions are the responsibility of the guest, and lunch is not provided. • Dress: Please wear closed toe walking/hiking shoes for your comfort and safety. Bring layers of clothing as the weather in the Black Hills can change rapidly. Sunscreen is also beneficial. • Liability Waiver: All participants are required to sign a liability waiver at the start of the tour. If you would like to review the waiver before your tour, please let us know, and we will be happy to send you a copy via email. • Number of Guests: Touring in the Black Hills can accommodate up to 5 people per tour. The minimum price is $495 for 1-2 people, with an additional charge for each person above two. Additional Information: For custom requests or special arrangements, feel free to reach out to us. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to ensure peace of mind for our guests. Please read the details below: 14+ Days Before the Tour: You can cancel your reservation with no charge and receive a full refund of amount paid less any credit card processing fees. Less than 14 Days Before the Tour: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the tour. This also applies to no-shows on the day of the tour. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes. If you need to make any adjustments to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you. Timeless Connections, LLC DBA Touring in the Black Hills reserves the right to cancel your reservation, and provide a full refund, if unforeseen circumstances occur with the availability of the tour guide(s) or the tour vehicle/equipment. If Timeless Connections, LLC DBA Touring in the Black Hills determines that the weather on the day of the tour is going to be "excessively extreme" we will do our best to reschedule your tour. If rescheduling isn't possible, either due to our schedule or yours, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. Please note that tours generally go during inclement weather; rain, high or low temperatures, and/or fog. Please dress accordingly. Each tour participant will be required to sign a liability waiver at the beginning of the tour.
