Explore the stunning Black Hills on two wheels! Our private bicycle shuttle service offers convenient one-way transportation to or from several key locations along the famous Mickelson Trail. We cater to a range of cyclists, offering a Hollywood e-bike rack that can accommodate up to 2 e-bikes or street bikes (up to 70 pounds per bike and 4.5 inches tire width). Touring in the Black Hills is based out of Rapid City. Our shuttle service picks up or delivers from the following locations: • Rapid City • Hill City • Keystone • Custer • Pringle • Minnekahta • Edgemont • Deadwood • Rochford Please note: • We do not provide service from the Rapid City Regional Airport. • Our earliest morning pickup is at 8:00 A.M. and our last pickup time is 3:00 P.M. • We are specifically a shuttle service and do not carry bike parts or offer bike repair services. • The default duration is 2 hours. Your transport time will vary. We just need to be able to block the time in our calendar correctly. Whether you’re looking to enjoy a scenic ride on the Mickelson Trail or need a quick ride between towns, we’ve got you covered. Let us handle the transport while you focus on the adventure! Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to ensure peace of mind for our guests. Please read the details below: 14+ Days Before Transport/Shuttle Service: You can cancel your reservation with no charge and receive a full refund of amount paid less any credit card processing fees. Less than 14 Days Before the Transport/Shuttle Service: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the service date. This also applies to no-shows on the day of the service date. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes. If you need to make any adjustments to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you. Timeless Connections, LLC DBA Touring in the Black Hills reserves the right to cancel your reservation, and provide a full refund, if unforeseen circumstances occur with the availability of the tour guide(s) or the tour vehicle/equipment. If Timeless Connections, LLC DBA Touring in the Black Hills determines that the weather on the day of the service is going to be "excessively extreme" we will do our best to reschedule your Transport/Shuttle Service. If rescheduling isn't possible, either due to our schedule or yours, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. Please note that services generally go during inclement weather; rain, high or low temperatures, and/or fog. Please dress accordingly. Each Transport/Shuttle Service participant will be required to sign a liability waiver at the beginning of the service.
